Carly Braden runs the service department of eFacility. She is responsible for ensuring each individual customer project is uploaded correctly and quickly. Along with our QAQC for every project, she also trains any new project manager. She has been with the company since 2012 when we were named Fasttac. Prior to working here, she worked in the customer service industry at Aspinwall Beans and Cream.

Emil Ihnat

Marketing Director

Emil runs the Marketing Department at eFacility. He is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships. Along with all the marketing information that is sent out, his greatest challenge is having facility directors understand they can use all the engineering documents in the field without destroying them. Prior to joining eFacility, Emil worked as an Expansion Consultant for Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity and built two chapters at Washington and Lee University, and Illinois State University.

Emil holds a B.A. in Sociology from Washington & Jefferson College. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, video games, and being outdoors as much as possible.

Michelle Smith

Project Manager

Michelle works in the Service Department of eFacility.  She is responsible for building new client projects and maintaining existing client projects in our GridPro (formerly Fasttac) document software.  She also manages special projects, which include scanning, equipment tagging, and managing facility information, using alternate computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and document management software.  Her focus is the challenge of organizing large complex sets of facility information into usable and accessible data.  Prior to joining eFacility, Michelle worked in commercial construction as a project engineer, renovating historical buildings, multi-family, hospitality, and event center projects.

Michelle holds a BS in Civil Engineering and an MEng in Construction Management from the University of Michigan.  In her free time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and being outdoors.
